I had the pleasure of meeting Kat at a job in Illinois and during the awful summer humidity she kindly gave me the opportunity to do her makeup followed by a photoshoot. I might have changed a few things about this shoot but I am still pretty happy with the end result. Below a before and after as well as some fun indoor and outdoor shots.

Kat was amazing the whole time and was up for a little walk to a park near my apartments. We couldn’t last very long outside that day, even in loose clothes and hair up humidity is no joke. With the temperature being 85 and the humidity making it feel like 95 it was exhausting to just be outside but the lush green background was worth all the sweat.

I met Emily through a job at Panera in Illinois and am still always so inspired by her. Two jobs and school all while keeping her cool and sass – I really don’t know how she does it. I was lucky enough to have her as a model not only for portrait practice but also to practice some of my makeup skills.
